Beyond Concrete retains the discretion to permit product returns through a written agreement between you and Beyond Concrete, subject to terms outlined in said agreement. Our custom concrete products are ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Should such an agreement be reached, you acknowledge your responsibility to repack or cover the cost of repackaging the products in their original condition, including preparation for palletized shipment. All expenses related to shipping and packaging for returns and reshipments are your sole responsibility. We recommend insuring the products for their full value during shipping, as you are liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. Upon reasonable inspection by Beyond Concrete, any resulting damages will be charged to your original method of payment. Should this method be insufficient, any outstanding amounts will be invoiced directly to you and payable upon receipt.
